A tracking number is provided with every order and will be emailed when your order has shipped.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations, customer service will notify you if this is an issue. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided when an order is placed, and the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order.

You will receive an email to the email address provided at checkout when your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. (please check the junk folder if you did not receive this email)

If your tracking number starts with 1ZXXXXXXXXXX, you can track your package at UPS only delivers Monday through Friday.  They cannot deliver to a P.O. Box



We ship our products worldwide.  Please note that international customer may have to pay duties and taxes that their country imposes on our goods when they reach customs. Some carriers will charge these fees at the time of delivery or arrange for them to be paid in advanced of delivery of goods.  USPS International is not a guaranteed service and can take upwards of 180 days to be delivered. My Easy Garden will not refund any order where a customer refuses the package due to duties and or taxes.  Return shipping from an international location is usually more expensive that the items purchased.

APO Orders
All APO orders will be shipped using USPS. Once USPS deliveries the shipment to the Army Post Office (APO) no tracking will be available. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO in the Suburb/City field (Air/Army Post Office™, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) with the 9-digit ZIP Code (if one is assigned).

For purchases made on If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase/delivery date. All items must include original packaging.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All sales are final for items in the SALE category. No returns or exchanges are allowed for custom made-to-order products.  If you purchased from a different retailer please contact them directly for their return policy.

If the return is not a warranty issue it is the customers responsibility to purchase insured return shipping through the carrier of their choice.  If original packaging is damaged or we need to repackage the items to resell them you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
